DX Advisory LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in the application “HOMMIK” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.

In providing the Service, the Company may collect the following information.

  • Date of birth, gender, and other attribute information necessary for message generation

  • Settings information and other information entered by users

  • Information provided when making inquiries

As a general rule, the Service does not require users to provide directly identifiable personal information such as name, address, or phone number.

(2) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (operating system, device type, language settings, etc.)

  • Application usage history and operation logs

  • Access date and time, IP address

  • Cookies and similar identifiers

  • Usage data collected via Firebase Analytics and similar tools
     

(3) Advertising Identifiers (Use of AdMob)

The Service may collect and use the following identifiers for advertising purposes:

  • Advertising Identifiers

    • iOS: IDFA (Advertising Identifier)

    • Android: Advertising ID

These identifiers are used for ad delivery, performance measurement, and fraud prevention.

The collection and use of advertising identifiers can be limited or disabled through device settings.

2. Purpose of Use

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Provision and operation of the Service

  • Generation and delivery of messages optimized for users

  • Account management, authentication, and prevention of unauthorized use

  • Service improvement, quality enhancement, and development of new features

  • Analysis of usage trends and creation of statistical data

  • Advertisement delivery, display, and performance measurement

  • Responding to user inquiries

  • Addressing violations of laws or the Terms of Service
     

3. Advertisements (AdMob)

The Service may display advertisements using Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC.

AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers and other information for ad delivery purposes.
The handling of such information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Use of External Services

The Service uses the following external services:

  • Google Firebase
    (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, etc.)

  • Google AdMob

  • RevenueCat (in-app purchase management)

The handling of information by these external service providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • With the user’s consent

  • When required by law

  • When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual

  • When responding to lawful requests from public authorities
     

6. Information Management

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent leakage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access to the collected information.

7. Data Retention

The Company retains information only for the period necessary to achieve the intended purposes and will delete or anonymize information using appropriate methods once it is no longer needed.

Users may request the following regarding their personal information held by the Company:
